Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://lcacmobile.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Auto Air Conditioning Repair, Suspension Repair, Brake Repair, Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Oil Changes provided by L C A/C Mobile. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. L C A/C Mobile (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. L C A/C Mobile may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://lcacmobile.com is provided on an "as is" basis. L C A/C Mobile makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Damages. L C A/C Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L C A/C Mobile from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Term Changes. L C A/C Mobile may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
